Who could apply?

The Master HeadHunter (MHH) certificate is best for Recruitment Managers, Talent Acquisition Managers, Human Resources Managers or other managers who deal with recruitment. If you need to scale your recruitment team or you need to find out how to improve your employer branding, the preparation for this certificate is for you.

How to certify?

The following prerequisites have to be met before applying:

  • Master Class training to be passed
  • At least Bachelor Degree completed
  • At least 2-years experience in recruitment or human resources
  • At least 1-year experience in people management
  • Knowledge of the RBOK
  • MH Exam successfully passed
  • At least 3 team hires (placements) and at least 2 own hires proven with LinkedIn recommendation OR  at least 3 team hires if the team members are CHH certified OR 3 hires through agency, a Trusted Practice Provider (TPP)
  • MH Exam fee, MH certification fee to be paid in advance

How to maintain your certification?

Your knowledge has to be maintained in good shape with the most current recruitment, technology, and HR trends. Hunters Order will provide you every year with Trusted Learning Providers (TLP) like conferences, training organizations, Trusted Practice Providers who can enrich your competency. Your development activity has to be reported to us and you will gain Development Points (DPs). You will need 15 DPs per year to recertify for CHH.

Master Class Fee: 160 USD (135 USD if bundled with other fees)

CHH Exam Fee: 20 USD

CHH Certification Fee: 65 USD (paid in the first year only)

CHH Recertification Fee: 35 USD (paid every year of recertification)

TOTAL COST (1st year): 220 USD

Cost after the first year: 35 USD per year
