Who could apply?
The Certified HeadHunter (CHH) certificate is best for experienced Recruiters, Researchers, Talent Acquisition Consultants or Human Resources Specialists (HR Generalists, HRBPs, HR Managers in smaller companies).
How to certify?
The following prerequisites have to be met before applying:
- Hunters Academy training to be passed
- At least High School completed
- At least 1-year experience in recruitment or human resources
- Knowledge on the RBOK
- CHH Exam successfully passed
- At least 3 own hires (placements) proven with LinkedIn recommendation OR at least 1 hire through agency, a Trusted Practice Provider (TPP)
- CHH Exam fee, CHH certification fee to be paid in advance
How to maintain your certification?
Your knowledge has to be maintained in good shape with the most current recruitment, technology, and HR trends. Hunters Order will provide you every year with Trusted Learning Providers (TLP) like conferences, training organizations, Trusted Practice Providers who can enrich your competency. Your development activity has to be reported to us and you will gain Development Points (DPs). You will need 10 DPs per year to recertify for CHH.

Hunters Academy Fee: 160 USD (135 USD if bundled with other fees)
CHH Exam Fee: 20 USD
CHH Certification Fee: 20 USD (paid in the first year only)
CHH Recertification Fee: 15 USD (paid every year of recertification)

Cost after the first year: 15 USD per year
